Wellness Practices for Self-Care

Are the stresses of life draining you? Do you desire more balance in your life? Although we can’t eliminate stress from our lives, there are ways we can learn to deal with it. Come join with others and learn practices that nourish your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Maintaining a sense of personal awareness and balance, along with caring and compassion for ourselves, can enrich the care and compassion we offer to others.

Classes will include calming breath work, gentle T’ai Chi movements/meditation, quiet reflection, standing yoga stretches, and more. Casual, comfortable clothes are recommended. Past participants are welcome to come again.
